Spring Clean Home Services was founded by Vicky Holt , Vicky researched the home cleaning market and talked to friends and potential customers to learn what they would consider the ideal cleaning company, they discovered that none used non-toxic, non-hazardous, environmentally friendly cleaning products. In fact, many companies unknowingly use toxic products that are harmful to children's health. That's when Vicky decided to establish a home cleaning company that performs the quality and extensive services people desire, while keeping the safety of children - and the environment - in mind

Who comes to my home or office and cleans?

Spring Clean Home services hires the highest quality ,trustworthy, reliable, professional employees. Our cleaning experts are uniformed, undergo extensive background checks, complete initial and ongoing intensive training, and are bonded, insured and supervised. We make every effort to have the same team clean your home or office each time, so they can become familiar with your special cleaning needs.

What is the difference between Spring Clean Home Services & and other cleaning services or self-employed cleaners?

Spring Clean Home Services and its professional employees are committed to high-quality service. Spring Clean Home Services provides workers insurance for your protection. We strive to clean your home or office with exceptional care and detail, using non-toxic and non-hazardous cleaning solutions to provide our customers and their children with a safe and clean home or office. Before you let anyone in your home, we suggest that you conduct the same type of research as we did.

Do I need to supply anything?

No. We bring all the cleaning equipment and non-toxic products needed to provide you with a clean and safe home or office. However, if you prefer, we will use whatever products you wish to clean your home or office.

What kinds of cleaning equipment and supplies do Spring Clean Home Services use?

We use clean-air upright vacuum cleaners that collect pollen, small household particles and dust mites. We bring, mops & cloths and all the necessary cleaning supplies to make your home sparkle

Can I request special services when Spring Clean Home Services cleans my home?

Absolutely. We are here to help you get your home cleaned the way you want it. If we have scheduled a cleaning and you need us to stay longer, we ask that you call 24 hours before your clean(We may have scheduled another home for the same day and this allows us to modify our schedules.) Special requests may also require an additional charge, depending on the time it takes to complete the tasks requested.

When I schedule Spring Clean Home Services, can I depend on them to show up?

You can count on us to arrive the day you have been scheduled. We cannot give you a specific time ( If requested we will provide an approx time as well as if your clean will take place morning , early afternoon , mid afternoon or at a weekend.), however, because your team may be asked to complete special requests at another home. Whenever you schedule an appointment with us you can request a call / text message the day before your clean is due to remind you of the next day's visit.

Are Spring Clean Home Services expensive?

Spring Clean Home Services is a "luxury you can afford" ... and when you choose Spring Clean Home Services, we guarantee you'll be glad you did! We have hundreds of satisfied customers and come highly recommended.
We hire high-quality professionals who complete ongoing training and are fully insured and covered by workers compensation.  

How do I pay Spring Clean Home Services?

You can pay by cheque , cash , bank transfer or standing order. You can leave payment on the day of your clean by cheque or cash on the kitchen counter or in any noticeable place in an envelope (we provide these if needed) addressed to Spring Clean Home Services.

Does Spring Clean Home Services have contracts to sign?

No. We do not believe in using legally binding contracts to obligate you to us. You may Spring Clean Home Services as often - or as seldom - as your needs require

Does Spring Clean Home Services clean windows?

Unlike other cleaning services, we wash inside windows when we clean your home. If you would like us to do the outside windows, please notify us so that we can schedule time during your visit or on another day. Please note there is an additional charge for this service

If I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment, what should do?

If, for any reason, you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled cleaning, please call us 24 hours in advance. And remember, you do not need to be home for us to clean your home. You can leave your keys with the cleaning supervisor, who will see that they are left on the kitchen counter when the team leaves. Or, if you use us on an ongoing basis, you can provide us with a key that will be secured when it is not in use by the cleaning supervisor.(We have a fully insured, secure key holding policy)
