Q: Can I have both my cleaning and ironing done in one session?

A: Yes, we can take care of all your ironing then complete all your requested domestic cleaning in one session.

Q: I would like my home cleaning but I’m not going to be in when I want the clean to take place, what will happen?

A: No problem , Spring Clean Home Services usually ask for a spare key to make things more convenient for you. We NEVER keep any of your personal details with your keys i.e./ name / address / alarm details, this makes our service secure , as well as this key holding service being fully insured.

Q:I would like to have a cleaner weekly/fortnightly but I only get paid monthly ,can I still use your services?

A: No problem , if this is the case we will accept cheques , cash or pay-pal transfer on a regular convenient date monthly.
